We know, we know, “the cream rises to the top,” but in the case of coconuts, it couldn’t be more delicious. The versatility of this delightfully tropical fruit, paired with its naturally thick cream, enabled us to make an irresistibly luxuriant sorbetto - without a drop of dairy. Nothing better than that!

We wanted to make the experience of eating this sorbetto as authentic as eating the actual fruit, so we added shreds of real coconut to the mix. To top it all off, you can use this sorbetto to make piña coladas and other frozen beverages. Just a suggestion.
