Wine & Food, South Beach…and Gelato

Ciao Bella is about to shake off the snowflakes and head down to sunny Miami, Florida for the annual Food Network – South Beach Wine & Food Festival

Featuring some of the biggest names in the food industry, The Food Network and Food & Wine Magazine bring us a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. Visitors can expect to see their favorite Food Network personalities such as Giada De Laurentiis, Guy Fieri, Bobby Flay and so many more. Marking the 10th anniversary of the festival, the surprises are sure to be top notch as guests are treated to an array of competitions, cook-offs, meet & greets, and (most importantly) food tastings hosted by one of Ciao Bella’s customers Whole Foods.

Rachael Ray, along with the help of Ciao Bella, is kicking off the festival at the Ritz Carlton with the Amstel Light Burger Bash. Guests will sit back in the sand and watch as top burger chef’s from the country compete to take hold of the People’s Choice trophy from last year’s winner – Iron Chef Michael Symon.

If anyone is looking for a pallet cleanser after chowing down on burgers – we’ll be waiting for you. Our Lemon Sorbet is sure to do the trick, and our Lebanese Yogurt will have the creamy-yet-tangy flavor your mouth needs after quite a few burgers. Still hungry for dessert? Our Malted Milk Ball Gelato is a classic after a good American grill-off and Butter Pecan Gelato compliments all the savory BBQ with just the right amount of sweet.

We are more than excited to start scooping again! After a cold New Jersey winter it will be great see fans in some warmer weather, looking for a cool treat to indulge in.
