Once again, Warren Buffet will be auctioning off a chance for you and seven friends to have lunch with him at New York City’s Smith & Wollensky Steakhouse. The eBay auction will begin on June 5th at 7:30pm PDT and will close on June 10th at 7:30pm PDT. Hurry and place your bid!

Warren Buffet will be auctioning off a Power Lunch on eBay beginning June 5th. All proceeds benefit the Glide Foundation.

Ciao Bella will be attending the Lunch Auction: Final Moments event at the Ferry Building in San Francisco, California on Friday June 10th from 6pm – 9pm. Eat, drink, dance, and cheer during the final moments of the eBay auction! Come celebrate with us and treat your taste buds to our chef inspired gelato and sorbet!

All proceeds from the winning bid will benefit various programs of the Glide Foundation. The Glide Foundation is an organization dedicated to helping thousands overcome the effects of human suffering, poverty, and homelessness, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area. Last year’s auction raised a record-breaking $2.6 million for the cause. Let’s see if the record can be broken two years in a row!

If you’re on the east coast, however, come out to Balducci’s in Scarsdale, NY on June 11th from 11am-2pm. Or check out the Dine Around Downtown event in Lower Manhattan at the Chase Manhattan Plaza on June 14th. From 11am until 3pm you can come out and sample some of the best food and dessert in Lower Manhattan, which of course, includes Ciao Bella! In addition, there will be live entertainment throughout the day. Now let’s just hope for some warm, sunny weather!

Stop by and you’ll get a chance to taste our refreshing sorbet and our flavorful gelato. How could you pass up a cup of our Blueberry Sorbet? Or perhaps you’d like to try our Peach Ginger Sorbet. They’re both fat-free as well as gluten-free, so dig in!
