Stay up late and enjoy your holiday season to the fullest. This cocktail is the perfect cap to a delicious meal, or as a stand-alone drink to share at a gathering with friends.
• 2 oz. vanilla vodka
will give your drink a boost
• 1 oz Kahlua®
• 1 oz Baileys®
• 1 oz espresso (can be prepared and chilled in advance)
• CIAO BELLA Triple Espresso Gelato
Optional: shaved chocolate for garnish
Pour the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. When ready, pour slowly over a small scoop of Triple Espresso Gelato in a chilled martini glass (drink should be slightly foamy). Garnish with shaved chocolate.
