The Perfect Break

Before I took this job with Ciao Bella, I worked in an office.  Hours and hours in front of a computer day after day got really old, plus, it’s bad for your eyes.  But there wasn’t much around my office that made for a good break.

I think with any job – it’s healthy and makes you more productive to take a break every once in a while to get your focus back.  And these Lucky employees at the store we visited in Pinole had the right idea: Ciao Bella makes the perfect break!

Even if there aren’t any Bella Girls handing out free samples near you – you can find the individual single serve cups that we pass out for sale in grocery stores.  Toss one in your bag on the way to work and the freezer when you get there, and you’ll have yourself a perfect break whenever you need it!
