Sunny Seattle!

The West Coast Bella Girls hit our third state today, with our very first event in Washington!  We had a wonderful evening at Whole Foods in Roosevelt Square in Seattle.

As you can see by the photo, it was a gorgeous afternoon/early evening in Seattle, and we had a line, just about like the one pictured, for our entire event, and we actually went through our allotted samples in about 2 hours!!

Now I’m sure you have heard, as we have, about how the weather in Seattle is so terribly dreary, and that it’s gray and rainy all the time.  Growing up in Hawaii, our family traveled to the west coast often – usually once a year during the summers.  And on a number of those trips, we spent several days to a week in Seattle.  And every time, we had beautiful weather, like the weather we enjoyed tonight!  Now, I don’t know if we bring the good weather with us, or if Seattle’s bad-weather-reputation is just exaggerated to the point of legend and it really isn’t all that gloomy in real life, but whatever it is, we’re not complaining!  And, we’re excited to enjoy the rest of the week – our iPhones tell us that it’ll be mostly sunny and in the mid to upper 70s the rest of the week – sounds great to us!!  Come join us!
