Stay Classy Cape Cod.

Passing out samples on a beautiful Monday in Cape Cod.

Lauren and I had a great last day in Cape Cod. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. We have been told that Boston has been the recipient of massive amounts of rain over the last couple of months. We are happy the rain has left (at least for now). We have been told by several of our new Ciao Bella Lovers that we must have brought the sunshine with us. I like to think we did. How can the sun not shine on a pink and orange gelato mobile? (Penelope makes everything better). Even if the rain doesn’t stay away while we are in Boston we are still going to be giving out our samples. It is the perfect treat. It makes a rainy day not so dreary and it makes a sunny day even brighter. But let’s keep our fingers crossed just in case.

We are on our way back to Boston now. For all of our faithful blog readers, you read in last night’s blog about the traffic. If you are new to the blog, here’s an update: we were stuck in traffic on the way back from Cape Cod for a really long time. Here’s a tip for all of you: Cape Cod is beautiful and worth the visit, but traffic on a Sunday night (especially Sunday after the Fourth) is thick. Get comfy and be prepared for a slow trip. Anyway, as I was saying…we are on our way back to Boston and the traffic is thin and flowing smoothly (knock on wood). We are going to see The Proposal tonight. I am a HUGE fan of Ryan Reynolds (swoon), and I also really like Sandra Bullock. We decided it was time for a new movie, since our last two trips to the theater were to see The Hangover. Alan is my favorite, and I can’t hear In the Air Tonight without letting a little giggle escape.

We have tomorrow and Wednesday off, and while we will definitely miss seeing your smiling faces, we are also excited to take in some more of the Boston sights. First on our list of Boston sights is a pillow case at the Courtyard Marriott, second is a laundromat and not necessarily our third sight, but definitely the final of tomorrow is Fenway Park. We are going to our first Red Sox game tomorrow night and couldn’t be more excited.

We hope everyone had a great Monday and we hope your Tuesday and Wednesday are even better. We’ll see you Thursday!
