Pomegranate. It’s full of antioxidants. It helps your skin while tasting delicious. And it is popping up everywhere. You can find pomegranate martinis, pomegranate lotions, smoothies and juices. The September issue of Self recommends a “Pom Sundae.” Try it with a Ciao Bella flavor!
Here’s the recipe for this delicious Self sundae and it’s only about 200 calories:
½ cup of Ciao Bella Tahitian Vanilla gelato
2 tbsp light chocolate syrup
¼ cup of pomegranate seeds
