Thanks again Massachusetts for another great week. We had a blast this week and are glad the sun is still shining. We discovered today that Massachusetts really loves some Turkish Pistachio. It was by far the favorite flavor at both events today and has been the favorite several other times this week.

We met a little girl named Bella today. This is our third Bella since the start of our tour. We really enjoy meeting all the Bella’s out there. It’s great to see them get so excited when they see their name on the side of our truck, not to mention seeing them fall in love with Ciao Bella.

We got a little taste of home today while we were at lunch. We ate at a place called Lester’s Roadside BBQ. If you live in or around Burlington, you should definitely check it out. It’s really good. Lauren and I both had barbeque sandwiches with a side of macaroni and cheese. I also had some sweet tea. It’s my favorite drink, and I’ve been having withdrawals. Not only did the barbeque and sweet tea remind of us home, some of the sauces were North Carolina themed. There was even a Smoky Mountain themed sauce. I was glad we found this place because lately I’ve been craving some of my mama’s fried cubed steak, my sister, Sam’s, crock-pot macaroni and cheese and Mrs. Julie Cleveland’s sweet tea.

Lauren and I are going to have a great ending to a great day. We bought some pints of Malted Milk Ball and Blackberry Cabernet. We are going to wind down with our gelato and sorbet, and enjoy our days off. We’ll be back in action on Thursday. Have a great Tuesday and Wednesday!
