This year’s 39th annual sofi Awards, hosted by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), received a record 1,657 entries across 31 awards categories. If you don’t know already, “sofi” stands for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation. The sofi Awards are open to members of the NASFT, a not-for-profit trade association established in 1952 to foster commerce and interest in the specialty food industry.
