Intern Farewell

It’s hard to believe how fast this summer has gone by!  It feels as if things are just starting to heat up with the almost 100 degree weather toasting us here in New Jersey. Today is August 18^th and my last day at Ciao Bella is tomorrow.  There is so much to wrap up and get under control before I leave but I wanted to take the time to write a bit of a farewell.

This summer has definitely been different than my previous one at Ciao Bella.  I spent a large part of the past three months developing Ciao Bella’s social media efforts as well as designing support pieces.  I also was able to play a more hands-on role with accounts and projects.  We have a surprise in store for you all so I am unable to reveal too many details but stay tuned for Bella!

I am going to miss everyone here who has been overly friendly and helpful, even when the pressures involved with frozen product creep up on you!

I know Ciao Bella is always interested in ambitious students who are passionate about marketing so please shoot over an email to Kathryn@ciaobellagelato.com if you are interested in interning with us.  Perhaps you will be replacing me on the blog as well! Having worked other internships in college, I can vouch that this is definitely a great, unique experience.

Some of you may be asking yourselves why I am leaving this internship after such positive comments.  As a just-graduated college senior, I was lucky enough to secure a position this past March at a “dream” job.  (It does happen for those of you who are discouraged right now!)  I will be starting my rotation at an advertising agency in NYC on August 31^st and can’t wait!  Ciao Bella has definitely helped me in preparing for this role.
