Hi Elle – It’s an amazing treat, glad you can’t wait to try it. It is sweetened in the same all natural way as our gelato and sorbet using organic evaporated cane juice. The ingredients are clean and simple: nonfat milk, organic evaporated cane juice, cultured nonfat milk, milk protein concentrate, locust bean gum, guar gum, tapioca syrup, carrageenan and live and active cultures.
