We think that our Alba hazelnuts make the best hazelnut gelato in the world. Sourced from the Piemonte region of Italy, and harvested at their peak, in autumn, these hazelnuts are made into a rich paste that rounds out the flavor of our gelato. And for a finishing touch, we dot each bite with chocolate mocha bits from an artisan chocolatier that shares our intense dedication to quality.
